  • Question 1: How do I change EPO details after submitted?

    We regret to inform that you are not able to change EPO details after submitted. You may contact our Customer Service Hotline if you require further urgent assistance.

    Reminder: You are requires to check all the EPO info before submit it. 
    EPO details may not be modified/cancelled once your ordered goods has been arrived China warehouse.

  • Question 2: How do I change my email? 

    We regret to inform that we are not able to change your registered email address. The registered email works like a user ID, and we would only use your notification email to contact you.

  • Question 3: How do I change my mobile number?

    You may change your registered mobile number under My Account > Personal Information. You may click on modify phone number > fill in your new phone number > get SMS verification code > fill in your login password > confirm submission.
