1.1 Air Shipping: Calculation Method

a. Each parcel cannot be exceeded 120cm x 80cm x 80cm or cannot exceed 68kg. Single side cannot exceed 150cm.
Additional Charges - RM 1/kg or RM 100/parcel will incur for oversize parcels.
b. Actual Weight: Difference of Actual Weight & Volumetric Weight ≤ 10kg, Billing Weight = Actual Weight.
c. Average Weight: Difference of Actual Weight & Volumetric Weight > 10kg, Billing Weight = (Actual Weight + Volumetric Weight) / 2.
d. If Actual Weight is higher than (>) Volumetric Weight, Billing Weight will be based on Actual Weight.

1.2 Air Shipping: Features

a. FREE Warehouse Usage: 30 Days period (per Waybill).
b. Number of Days (Calculation): Starts when parcel is signed for receiving by Warehouse, item is confirmed - to be received and has entered the Warehouse Management System in Guangzhou's warehouse.
c. Calculation of Charges: Starts when it is more than 30 days after being stored and weighed in the warehouse.
Each order by (Consignment No.) = RM 1.00 / day.
Example: If you require shipping storage for the 35th day after the 30-day period, there is a fee of RM 5.00 / day as STORAGE FEE (RM 1.00 x 5 Days Storage).

1.3 Sea Shipping (Small Parcel): Calculation Method

a. Actual Weight = Actual Weight of the Parcel (kg).
b. Volumetric Weight = (Length x Width x Height) cm / 6,000 = x kg.
Calculation is based on "WHICHEVER IS HIGHER" between Volumetric Weight and Actual Weight.

1.4 Sea Shipping (Big Parcel): Calculation Method

a. Measurement calculation is based on SIZE (m³).
b. cbm / m³ Formula: (Length x Width x Height) cm / 1,000,000
c. 1m³ items for 400 kg (max) only.

1.5 Sea Shipping: Features

a. FREE Warehouse Usage: 30 Days period (per Waybill).

b. Big Parcel = m³ / cbm.
c. 0.1m³ items can contain 30 kg (max).

c. Maximum Size: Each parcel cannot exceed 120cm x 120cm x 120cm.

1. Change Delivery Method (From Normal to Sensitive Parcel / From Air to Sea vice versa).
